Position Description

Our Ho Chi Minh City office has positions available for Sales Consultants with interest and knowledge in ICT, excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and willing to learn more about technology and sales.

Responsibilities

To help deliver AVTech’s strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Work with sales executive to gather and analyse clients’ requirements to develop a good understanding of clients’ business;
  • Understand clients’ business and technology requirements to propose suitable solutions;
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, both internally and externally;
  • Assist to develop strong technical knowledge and understanding of AVTech’s solution portfolio;
  • Complete technology training and certifications to develop wide and strong technology knowledge;
  • Assist to maintain effective and positive working relationships with organisations/clients to optimise business opportunities;
  • Manage supplier purchasing, including ETA negotiations and logistics;
  • Assist to develop sales/marketing strategies;
  • First point of contact for all incoming enquiries.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Personality Attributes

To help deliver AVTech’s strategy the successful candidate MUST HAVE the following skills, experience, qualifications and personality attributes:

  • Skills & Experience
    • Interns, graduates and experienced people can apply;
    • Excellent presentation, time management, and communications skills in English & Vietnamese;
    • Knowledgeable in general hardware, software and networking;
    • Basic knowledge of office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Windows.
       
  • Qualifications
    • Under-graduates or graduates with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
    • Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage;
    • Customer service and/or marketing experience would be an advantage.
  • Personality Attributes
    • Professionally presented;
    • Self motivated and willing to work outside the normal business working hours to meet business and client expectations;
    • A positive, results oriented and customer focused attitude;
    • A desire to take responsibility and ownership to see actions/issues through to completion;
    • The ability to adapt to a changing environment that requires proactive and innovative solutions.
