Help Desk

An experienced Help Desk is a costly investment for any organisation.  AVTech can alleviate much of this cost by offering Help Desk support.  AVTech is able to offer Help Desk support for organisations that wish to outsource their entire Help Desk or that wish to utilise AVTech as another level of support.  The AVTech Help Desk can encompass Proactive Management, Reactive Management and Remote Management as well as our many value-adds, which jointly ease the burden of support, maintenance and fault resolution.

Some of these value-adds that AVTech offer includes eMATES survey, which is a regular on-line survey of AVTech's existing clients that helps AVTech benchmark their KPI’s.  The Asset Management System allows AVTech clients to easily track and manage their hardware procurements and licensing without having to invest in their own in-house systems.

Outsourcing

Outsourcing is becoming more common in the information technology sector for services that have in the past been managed in-house.  Many organisations have out-sourced either parts of or their entire IT department to AVTech.  Outsourcing allows clients to focus on their core business and lets the experts take care of their IT needs.

Proactive Management

Organisations who do not wish to invest in their own in-house resources use AVTech on a regular basis for management and support of their IT infrastructure.  AVTech's engineers become an extension of an organisations IT Department and for some organisations they are the IT Department.  Regular maintenance of organisations IT infrastructure reduces the risk of failure and increases organisations up time.

Reactive Management

Specialist skills require specialist staff that equates to costly resources for organisations.  AVTech has invested in training its staff to have specialist certified skills that organisations can call on for issues that are above and beyond their own internal resources.  Having these specialist skills allows our clients to utilise them on a needs basis and saves them from having to invest in their own costly in-house resources.

Changes, upgrades, management and support of an IT Infrastructure are able to be managed remotely for many organisations.  Remote management means less on-site resources are required and therefore results in cost reduction for an organisation.
