About the Role

 Full-Time

We are seeking a Voice & Data Sales Consultant to support our ISP partner services and modern communication solutions. From Voice over IP (VoIP) phones to software as a service (SaaS) infrastructure, you and your team will support and advise on all things unified communications (UC), voice, data, and mobile solutions, and deliver communication connectivity for businesses as they set up or upgrade their office systems.

  • Act as a point of contact for  Voice & Data customer enquiries and provide prompt and professional voice / data / mobile support to clients by addressing inquiries, handling escalation issues, and providing recommendations;
  • Support the Business Development team to nurture client relationships and collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in voice / data / mobile services;
  • Manage partnerships with industry-leading providers like Telstra & RingCentral;
  • Efficiently generate quotations and process sales orders, ensuring precise paperwork submission to ISP partners;
  • Drive innovation by staying current ahead of industry trends and market dynamics;
  • Complete technical training and certification as required.
  • Documentation and reporting as required;
  • Travelling as required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support in the IT Managed Services Provider (MSP), Internet Service Provider (ISP) or telecommunications industry;

  • Knowledge of telco/ICT service-based solutions (UCaaS, business voice solutions, and data connectivity) will be highly regarded;

  • Demonstrate excellence in delivering customer service with a customer-centric mindset;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software;

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
