About the Role

 Full-Time

AVTech is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Voice & Data Sales Consultant. You will be the point of contact for customer enquiries on all things unified communication (UC), voice, data, and mobile solutions and deliver communication connectivity for businesses as they set up or upgrade their office systems.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and provide professional voice / data / mobile support to clients by addressing inquiries, handling escalation issues, and providing recommendations;

  • Manage partnerships with industry-leading providers like Telstra & RingCentral to revolutionise the way businesses connect and communicate;

  • Efficiently generate quotations and process sales orders, ensuring precise paperwork submission to ISP partners;

  • Drive innovation by staying current with emerging technologies and the latest technology trends;

  • Complete technical training and certification to ensure knowledge of current technology is up to date;

  • Documentation and reporting as required.

  • Strong qualitative, analytical, attention to detail and strategic thinking ability;

  • Highly motivated and proactive, strong initiative, resourceful, action-oriented, strong sense of accountability;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • Completed or undertaking a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
